3. Quotes, Deposits & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in delays or additional fees

4. Design Approval & Responsibility

  • Clients must review and approve all designs before production

  • Vinyl Labs is not responsible for errors once designs are approved

  • Color variations may occur due to materials and printing processes

5. Installation & Care

  • Installation timelines are estimates and may vary

  • Clients are responsible for proper care and maintenance after installation

  • Warranty coverage may vary depending on materials and usage

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun

  • Custom work (design, printing, fabrication) is generally non-refundable

  • Cancellation policies may vary per project and will be outlined in your quote

7. Limitation of Liability

Vinyl Labs is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of business or revenue

  • Damage caused by improper use, care, or third-party modifications

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, mockups, and creative assets produced by Vinyl Labs remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
